Hey Free Spirit! At Free Vibe Shop, we want you to love every piece you order – from those statement-making Reformation dresses to the perfectly distressed Ksubi jeans. But we get it – sometimes the vibe just isn’t right. That’s why we’ve made returns as effortless as your personal style.

Our Return Policy (Keep It Simple)

You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number (that rebel spirit needs some structure sometimes)
Note for our denim lovers: Due to hygiene reasons, Mother Jeans and Ksubi Jeans must be tried on over clean underwear and returned with the hygiene strip intact. No exceptions – we’re rebels, not animals.

How to Initiate Your Return

Follow these steps to start your return journey:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return (help us curate better for you!)
  2. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours (weekends excluded)
  3. Package your items securely – we recommend using the original packaging
  4. Attach the label and drop at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

Return Shipping Options

Choose the shipping method that matches your vibe:

  • Standard Return: Use our pre-paid label (deducted from your refund) – arrives at our Bristol HQ in 3-5 business days
  • Express Return: Arrange your own shipping for faster processing (we’ll reimburse up to £10 upon receipt)

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3 business days for processing):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • We’ll email confirmation when processed – check with your bank if you don’t see it within this timeframe

Exchange Requests

Want a different size of those Free People shorts or color of that ASOS dress? Here’s how exchanges work:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email what you’d like instead
  3. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Pro tip: Include exchange requests in your initial email to speed up the process!

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things fair for all our rule-breakers, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Items without original tags or hygiene strips (looking at you, denim lovers)
  • Final sale items (these will be clearly marked – when we say “last chance”, we mean it)
  • Gifted items without proof of purchase
